A 45 minute consultation for questions, answers, and clarity of your specific needs. This telephone call offers a more intimate connection with the death doula role and for setting up the collection of care that best fits those needs.
1 hour death anxiety support session
65 DOLLARS
Death anxiety is a normal part of life. It is the fear of death or dying. It is quite common to have anxiety along the path towards an end of life transition, thinking about our mortality, the death of loved ones, or exposure to violence. This session is about having non-judgmental support with death anxiety. It is a call where the person on the other end of the line is listening with a compassionate and heart centered ear. Questions may be asked and answered, or not.
1 hour mourning and grief support session
65 DOLLARS
Typically, grief is associated with a person’s death, but it can be caused by other losses, too. People also experience grief due to the death of an animal companion, or non-death loss, such as the loss of a valued relationship, possession, ability, or activity. Grief can also be experienced as a result of impending or mounting loss. Wherever you find yourself along this spectrum, we are here to be there with you while you find your way through. You are meant to heal at your own pace.
