A Sacred Passing and Asphodel House - On a mission to guide and assist people in their living, dying and death while honoring individual autonomy and living in action through community care. In community, we work to actively dismantle systems of oppression as they present in death and dying through education, care, and advocacy.
End of Life Washington - Since 1988, this organization has elevated the standards for end-of-life care in Washington and played a crucial role in reforming medical practice for the terminally ill. Our approach of providing direct service, advance planning resources, professional partnerships, community education and advocacy has helped transform patient-centered care.
The Conversation Project - a public engagement initiative of the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI). Our goal is both simple and transformative: to help everyone talk about their wishes for care through the end of life, so those wishes can be understood and respected.
