moon dead things quote

locket has transformed.

HISTORY
We began locket in December 2016. It has been an absolute honor and pleasure to be with all of the artists that came through over those following 4 years, supporting this vision and building this space to become a grove for artists to explore and invoke the mastery of their craft.
You can find snippets of many of the artists on the instagram profile:: @locketspace

Covid demolished a momentum, and we closed for an indefinite amount of time while stability of the space was at the forefront.

If there is one wish for all of those that gave their utmost to this space, it is for you to continue the journey of mastery in your craft, explore the spaces of your limitless imagination, and share your uniqueness with each other and this world. Thank you are just words that can not begin to encapsulate the feels of undying love for this path.

PRESENT DAY
Locket has transformed with the same set of eyes, however, now, with the medicine of community at the base after an even deeper dive into the tendrils of an artist’s heart during these last 4 years. Locket is an intimate, artistic project space for the support of psychedelic professionals and adventurers, located in the Seattle Industrial SODO neighborhood. The space continues to be curated by Jennifer M Brown, an entrepreneurial generative artist, textile manipulator, death companion with an optional psychedelic component, and the creative director of Under The Root.

So, here we are gorgeous peoples of planet earth, we are opening up the next turn of the page with in-person Psychedelic Integration Circles every Wednesday evening, 6-8pm. You can read more and RSVP for the Circles at the locket calendar here, or alternatively, RSVP with an email to:: locketspace@gmail.com.

locket does not discriminate based on race, gender spectrum identification, status, age, sexual expression, disability, or national origin.  The space does, however, have the right to refuse individuals that do not adhere to its non-discriminatory statement.

As a visionary space, locket consists of 1200 square feet with two sets of wide 9 foot north facing windows.  The architecture features a warehouse style, open floor plan, painted wood floors, and 13 feet high ceiling.  The integral design studio of Under The Root is housed within this suite.
