My update is late by a couple days because moving parts happened and this is a sensational, important update to share today.
After a solid test drive today, we were able to purchase a more reliable 1983 GMC Class C motorhome. This is a gigantuan step forward for me and Clove, and YOU made this possible. Without the support, donations, trust and shares from all of you incredibly generous people out there.
Fundraising Progress So Far
So far, we have raised $1,307 toward our first milestone of $7,500, and today I took a moment to be over the moon grateful. Every single contribution has helped make this step possible.
What Happens Next: Making It Livable
Now that the motorhome is ours, the next phase begins by making it legal, safe, reliable, and livable. It may sound like a lot because honestly there is a heap of work ahead, especially with mechanical repairs and structural updates that are needed before we can move in full time.
Why This Matters
This progress means everything, but we are not at the finish line yet. The reach to $7,500 milestone will help cover the most urgent repairs and get us closer to having a stable place to call home.
