An in-person, telephone or virtual call, one hour of integration includes a warmth of hearth and artful setting plus fractal inquiry with Jennifer of Under The Root. Your autonomy is welcomed and honored here. Give yourself the support you need to go from a long breath of abstract insight into concrete actions.
Death Anxiety Support Session
65 DOLLARS (60 minutes)
Death anxiety is a normal part of life. It is the fear of death or dying. It is quite common to have anxiety along the path towards a transitional threshold, thinking about our mortality and the death of loved ones, or exposure to violence. This session is about having non-judgmental support with death anxiety. It is a call where the person on the other end of the line is listening with tenderness and a heart centered ear. Questions may be asked and answered, or not.
Mourning and Grief Support Session
65 DOLLARS (60 minutes)
Typically, grief is associated with a person’s death, but it can be caused by other losses, too. People also experience grief due to the death of an animal companion, or non-death loss, such as the loss of a valued relationship, possession, ability, or activity. Grief can also be experienced as a result of impending or mounting loss. Wherever you find yourself along this spectrum, we are here to help you find your way and heal at your own pace.
Pet Death Doula Services Consultation
55 DOLLARS (45 minutes)
A consultation for questions, answers, and clarity of your specific needs. This telephone call offers a more intimate connection with the death doula role and for setting up the collection of care that best fits those needs. The fee is placed towards the collection of care if you move forward with our support services.
